We guarantee a minimum profitability of 10% per project.

Investor will make 4 contributions with amounts and dates
pre-defined, according to the steps of the process.

Fortnightly reports with complete information on the
construction progress of each construction.

The average return on investment period ranges from 7 to 12 months
counted from the date of the first contribution. The sales speed of
finalized property depends on the correct market analysis at the time.
The sale value will be established in common agreement between Prime
and the investor, aiming to meet the wishes of both.
